The standard folding chair for many outdoor events. Our contoured white folding chairs are comfortable, clean, and rust-free. A great choice for both casual and semi-formal events of all kinds. Features a metal frame with a sturdy plastic seat and back. 350 lb. capacity.
- IMPORTANT: Chairs are generally delivered folded and stacked on a wood chair pallet. The client is responsible for refolding and properly restacking chairs prior to pickup. Chairs that are not ready to go at pickup will be charged an additional service fee.
- Cleaning: Chairs are expected to be returned in reasonably clean condition. Please make sure to wipe down any chairs that have spilled drinks or food on them prior to pickup.
- Setup/Breakdown Service: We offer chair setup & breakdown service upon request. If you would like to add that service, please let us know in the notes section when you submit your wishlist. Typically, chair setup/breakdown service is $2 per chair for one setup and one breakdown.
- Special Setup Service: If you have a specific chair setup need, such as for a wedding ceremony, talk with us about your needs. We’re happy to help with designing a chair layout for you as well as providing day-of service to setup and breakdown chairs for once-in-a-lifetime events.
- For weddings: If you’re planning a wedding ceremony in the same location as your reception, and would like chairs setup for both portions of your wedding, we strongly recommend renting two sets of chairs – one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Many clients think they will save money by renting just one set of chairs and then have us move them from the ceremony area to the reception area during the event, but this usually ends up costing much more. Having our staff work overtime on a weekend is much more expensive than renting additional chairs, so we strongly recommend just renting two sets of chairs in these situations. On the other hand, if you’re planning on asking your guests to just take their chair from the ceremony to the reception area, that’s totally fine and works well for more casual weddings.
